Yoga

Yoga can be physically intensive and all participants voluntarily assume the risk inherent in participation in sessions with Bryanna Lumsden/The MotherWell Movement, LLC, including the risk of injury, accident, death, loss, cost or damage to person, belongings, and/or property. By participating in yoga, participants agree to release and indemnify Bryanna Lumsden/The MotherWell Movement, LLC, from and against any and all such claims and liabilities. The MotherWell makes no promise or guarantee regarding the results of yoga classes and/or any wellness services offered through Bryanna Lumsden/The MotherWell Movement, LLC. Yoga classes are intended for individuals 18 years of age and older who are in sufficient physical health and/or those who have consulted with a physician prior to engaging with the physical movements and exercises in sessions with Bryanna Lumsden/The MotherWell Movement, LLC. It is the responsibility of individual participants to update Bryanna Lumsden/The MotherWell Movement of any changes in medical condition that might affect the safety of participation in classes/sessions.
